We are working hard to put services and supports where you live.
Over the years we have been asking the people we support about the barriers affecting their independence. We’ve been listening to the responses and the message is simple-people want to live independently and to be better connected to their community. The accessibility of our programs is paramount so we have developed an exciting new service plan. We will support consumer independence by bringing our supports to them; where they live. By moving our individual advocacy, information and referral and peer resource programs into the community, we will be able to reach more people and better serve those already receiving service.
