In the fall of 1999, the agency went through a STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS including nine focus groups with consumers, staff and community partners, and board-staff planning sessions. The result was a comprehensive plan that focused on four areas of effort:

  • Communications
  • Human Resources
  • Organizational Development
  • Program Development

    Under these four areas, 23 goals were developed to help move us towards our vision for this community - together, freedom through access and choice.
