I love the YOGA program at ILCWR. Not only does it give my body a good stretch (hard to doing while sitting in a wheelchair) but the meditation and relaxation skills are things I can take away with me and use in my everyday life. The discussion and interaction with other participants is great. It's definitely one of the highlights of my week!

Our seated yoga group meets every Tuesday from 3:00-4:15 pm and is offered in 12 weeks sessions two or three times a year. this program involves some group discussion, stretching and supported movement, as well as breathing and meditation exercises.
