Parkwood Hospital in London, Ontario is introducing an Online Physical Activity and Nutrition program for people with spinal cord injuries, starting in mid- to late-August this year.

The sessions, which occur twice weekly for 45 minutes and include 25 minutes of aerobic exercise, are conducted online, meaning that participants need only a computer, webcam and high-speed internet connection to participate!
