Nova Scotia's Chronicle Herald has outlined six great reasons why hiring people with disabilities is a sound business decision, for any field.

Mark Wafer, a Toronto business owner who has hired 82 people with disabilities over the years, makes an astute observation in the article when he says, "A person in a wheelchair has to be innovative just to get through the day.  Imagine how that mindset helps a pod or team at a workplace.”
