Abilities Magazine, the national lifestyle publication for people with disabilities, has turned their focus to Independent Living in their Fall, 2011 issue. This year, Independent Living Canada is celebrating its 25h Anniversary, and Abilities has taken the opportunity to recognize their profound effect on the lives of people with disabilities, and the attitudes of their peers without disabilities.
