ILCWR Executive Director Bil Smith was interviewed for the Waterloo Chronicle's recent article about affordable housing in Waterloo Region.
The article uses interviews and anecdotal evidence to call attention to the affordable housing shortage in our community, focusing on the story of one man who has recently found a permanent residence through Supportive Housing Waterloo Region.
