For the second time this week, the Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region has a staff member appearing in the Waterloo Region Record.

Today, it is Executive Assistant Andrew Posen, with an opinion column calling attention to funding inequities in Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program, the two major sources of Social Assistance in Ontario.

Andrew is a member of the 2011 Community Editorial Board at the Record, and this morning's article marks his third of six columns for the year.
