The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region (ILCWR) is a not-for-profit organization that has been assisting people with disabilities since 1982. In 2007 we celebrated our 25th Anniversary as the first of 27 Independent Living Centres to belong to Independent Living Canada.

Our philosophy and community-based independent living programs have made us a leader in many areas in the community. ILCWR offers a variety of programs in response to individual needs including Attendant Services and Community Support Services.
