YOGA

Join us for a 12 week seated yoga program.

This relaxing, seated yoga program runs for 12 weeks from October 3rd until December 19th

Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm at ILWR Head Office

127 Victoria Street South, Kitchener.

Each class consists of group discussion, stretches and meditation.

It is FREE to join but space is limited.
