In order to keep offering these vital programs, we turn to the support of people like you.  Every dollar we receive goes directly to supporting our neighbours with disabilities throughout Waterloo Region, and allows us to remove barriers to accessibility in our community.

The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region accepts online donations in partnership with CanadaHelps.org.  To pay by credit card, PayPal or Interac Online, click the CanadaHelps button below!  A tax receipt will be prepared and e-mailed to you.

Cheques can be made out to “The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region.”  A tax receipt will be prepared and mailed to you.

To Give by Phone:

To donate by phone, have your credit card ready and call our Head Office at (519) 571-6788 ext. 7425. We can process payments made with Visa and MasterCard, and issue a charitable tax receipt by mail.

Monthly Giving:

When you spread it out it doesn’t feel like a lot and makes the process easier. ILCWR will process your Visa/MasterCard on a monthly basis - you won’t event have to think about it and you will receive your tax receipt at the end of the year. What are the benefits? ILCWR benefits-having pledged gifts means that we can plan our programs for consumer's with your investment in mind, it doesn’t have to be a large amount. In Memory:

A gift made in memory of a loved one offers a thoughtful, caring way to remember the person, while contributing to the lives of people living with a disability in Waterloo Region. We will send an acknowledgment letter to the designated recipient, notifying him or her of your thoughtful gift. A tax receipt will be mailed to you.

In Honour:

Honour a loved one by making a gift to the Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region. By making a donation in your loved one's name you are helping make Waterloo Region accessible for all. Why not give the gift of independence to celebrate a birthday, wedding, graduation or holiday gift. We can send a card to the designated recipient on your behalf and a tax receipt will be mailed to you.
