The Community Support Services staff at the Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region work to maximize independence through one-on-one interaction with individuals when they are in need. Staff offer support while encouraging individuals to address issues on their own in order to gain the self confidence needed to persevere without ongoing assistance. Staff are available within the following programs areas Individual Advocacy, Peer Resource and Information & Referral. Staff will provide you with personal assistance or access to resources and services that are available to help you resolve your issues.
