The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region is proud to be the first point of contact for anyone with any disability in this community. 

Through our Information & Referral program, we can offer informational assistance for people with disabilities, their friends and family, and the community at large.

Using a comprehensive database of community resources, staff can answer questions by telephone or e-mail regarding community services that are relevant to individuals with disabilities.

The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region also offers a lending library, based in its main office, which provides resources on subjects related to disability and accessibility. 

By responding to inquiries directly, or making referrals to the appropriate agency, the Information & Referral program can offer access to the knowledge and services you need.  All you have to do is ask!
